Our young people spend a minimum of 19% of their week in school. It is where they learn about the world, forge relationships, foster creativity, and develop their sense of self. If the vessels in which they do so are unpleasant, or worse uninspiring, an opportunity to ignite the next generation is lost.
Communicolour is a visionary initiative established by Wellspring Academy Trust to transform environments with unique large-scale public art works and bring world class art closer to everyone. Education is is about igniting imaginations and our sense of space and the calibre of our surroundings play a critical role. By immersing our students in inspiring spaces, we conjure their curiosity to encourage them towards their fullest potential.
