Wellspring is a successful Academy Trust well-known for its inclusive approach and social purpose commitments. Over its twelve years of operation, Wellspring has never permanently excluded a single student.

Positive Regard
Positive Regard is a national organisation that supports over six hundred schools, Children’s Services and Local Authorities in implementing cultural behaviour change.
‘Unconditional Positive Regard’ places the individual needs of students at the forefront, advocating for complete acceptance and respect through relational practice and positive behaviour support. A team of Relational Practice experts work across the country to reduce exclusions and transform cultures to cultivate environments that support the holistic development of every student.
Botheredness
Botherdness is a word Hywel Roberts uses to describe the kind of authentic care and adult positioning that is deliberate and engages young people with learning.
Hywel’s book and website explore the road less travelled – restoring professional integrity, viewing teachers as storytellers, and nurturing our professional imaginations. Hywel aims to enhance teachers’ understanding of what it means to lead learning, to stand beside children as well as in front of them, whilst developing their knowledge acquisition with compassion, and grounded optimism.
The Difference
The Difference exists to improve the life-outcomes of the most vulnerable children by raising the status and expertise of those who educate them. The Difference creates specialist senior school leaders, with the expertise to lead whole-school and multi-agency approaches to meeting the learning, wellbeing and safeguarding needs of all children, and most crucially those with high levels of need and vulnerability. Through its programmes, research and partnerships, The Difference learns what works to improve outcomes for vulnerable children, and shares this best practice across its network and the sector.

L30 Relational Systems
L30 Relational Systems is a national and international organisation that has been working with Schools and Children’s Services since the late nineties implementing the whole system approach to restorative and relational based practice. We have a proven track record of working with thousands of schools and close to thirty Children Services. We believe relational culture needs to be done by design and not default, lived and not laminated.

WomenEd started as a grassroots movement in response to shocking data about how comparatively few women become leaders in education. We are now a registered charity and a fully global movement; we have published three books – ‘10% Braver’, ‘Being 10% Braver’ and ‘Disruptive Women’. We seek to support and collaborate with current and aspiring women leaders in education around four essential campaigns: better female representation in leadership; greater diversity within leadership; reducing the gender pay gap and encouraging more flexible working practices.

Youth Employment UK (YEUK)
Youth Employment UK is an independent, not-for-profit Social Enterprise founded in 2012 to tackle youth unemployment. As experts, they understand the complex landscape facing young people, employers, and policymakers. The organisation actively reduces unemployment by giving young people a voice and equipping them with the necessary skills and support. They work closely with employers to uphold the Good Youth Employment Standards, connect young talent to quality opportunities, and provide expert policy insight. Youth Employment UK empowers young people to progress and helps shape a better future.
