When will the programme be available?

The conference programme is being finalised and full details will be available in due course. When this is released, attendees will be sent a unique code and able to register to book their sessions. We strongly encourage delegates to do so to avoid disappointment.

About the Venue

The Next Decade 2025 is being held at the prestigious Royal Armouries in Leeds, one of the region’s largest conference venues. The Royal Armouries is located at Leeds Dock and can be accessed by foot as well as by water taxi from Leeds Train Station. Car parking is available, though limited, we recommend using public transport wherever possible to attend.

Travel Arrangements

By Train

The Royal Armouries is approximately a 15-20 minute walk along the canal from Leeds railway station (approximately 0.8 miles).

By Water Taxi

Leeds dock water taxis run every 15 minutes from Granary Wharf (just outside the new South entrance of Leeds train station). Journeys cost £3 per person, and will take you immediately outside the entrance to the Royal Armouries.

By Car

Multi-story parking is available in the CitiPark on Armouries Drive, next to the Royal Armouries.
Overnight Accommodation

The Royal Armouries is a non-residential venue and overnight accommodation is not included in your conference ticket.

Accommodation can be secured at exclusive rates. There are several hotel options close to the Royal Armouries to choose from. By staying in one of the accredited hotels, you will be with other delegates, offering more opportunities to network and socialise outside of the main conference.

Filming and Photography

Filming and photography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included please inform a member of The Next Decade Team at registration on the day. Please see our Privacy Notice for full details.

Our event may also feature in social and professional media.
Dietary and Accessibility Requirements

It’s important that our conference is inclusive and as attendees register to book their sessions, we ask that they share any dietary requirements and additional needs so we can work with the venue to make the required adaptations.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are no longer able to attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute delegate from the same organisation. Please provide as much notice as possible, in writing, for any attendee changes by contacting us at thenextdecadeconference@jtioe.org.uk. Please note that we may be unable to process any changes to delegate information in the final six weeks leading up to the event.

As per our terms and conditions we are unable to offer refunds on ticket purchases.
