A Level Playing Field

The principle that every person has a fair chance to succeed, regardless of their starting point or characteristics, should lie at the heart of any just society. Breaking down the barriers to social mobility, and championing diversity, is essential. A Level Playing Field platforms authors, advocates and practitioners who will discuss the subtle nuances, and not-so-subtle injustices of inequity, share stories and discuss the latest research to inspire thinking and change.

United in Inclusion

Background or need should never be a barrier to opportunity. An inclusive approach requires that we consider the needs of the individual as our start point. It means creating an accessible pathway to success for everyone. Inclusion is not One-Size-Fits-All. It demands sophistication, in the form of continuous reflection, adaptation and evaluation. United In Inclusion will challenge existing methodologies and practices that we know disproportionately affect vulnerable and minority groups. Our expert speakers, bolstered by their wealth of knowledge, will share real-life experiences and techniques on how to curate inclusive cultures in our schools for the betterment of all.
